A site that doesn't come up when someone searches your trade plus your city name is an expense, not an investment. Your Google listing and the structure of your pages usually matter more than the design.

A visitor who sees no prices, no buttons and no obvious way to reach you leaves. Every page should have exactly one thing it asks people to do, and it should say so plainly.
